Postnatal Fitness Classes

Classes designed to give you the chance to exercise safely and confidently during your postnatal phase.

Led by Qualified Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Personal Trainer Emma, all workouts are carefully designed and tailored to suit your recovering body. There is a strong focus on the pelvic floor, breath work and the abdominals. The classes are designed with a full body approach in mind, using body weight resistance and simple kit. Classes will leave you feeling energised, buzzing with endorphins and a little more like you again!

Mum & Baby Fitness

A class where you are able to bring your young baby along too. Feel welcome in a positive space and meet like minded Mums.

Stay on after class and join our Chill & Chat Coffee Morning. Additional £5 PAYG

Please ensure you have had your 6 week GP check up.

Forever Postnatal Fitness

An evening class just for Mums. It doesn’t matter whether your baby is 8 weeks, 8 months or 8 years old, this awesome and friendly class is a great means to breathe and escape for a precious hour of you time.

The classes are fun, effective and adaptable to suit varying fitness levels.

Mondays at 7.30pm

Chill & Chat Coffee Mornings

Raising A Family Takes A Village

During early motherhood having friendly support and friendship is paramount. Being part of a community of like minded women can be hugely beneficial in boosting confidence, happiness and supports improved overall wellness.

A coffee morning follows the Mum & Baby Fitness Class. Mums stay on after a workout session to chat with other mums in a relaxed, non judgemental, safe space. It is not essential to attend the fitness class first. Anyone can come along.

Wednesdays at 10.30am

£5 per person (includes cuppa & something yummy)
