’’Emma runs a fabulous post-natal group exercise session. It’s always light hearted but seriously good exercise (and fun!) I know I am being safe while my body recovers with her expertise and she keeps everything varied so every week is something different. ’’Friendly class with a lovely instructor. So pleased Emma decided to set up classes locally as it was definitely missing from our area. The exercises are always varied and have really helped me to rebuild some core strength and get back enjoying exercise. Lots of toys for the babies to keep them entertained, with George particularly enjoying some of the walkers!!
