Keeping fit during and after pregnancy is important for both body and mind. For many Mums there is a sense of uncertainty about what is safe and a fear of harming their babies.
I offer one to one workout sessions in the privacy of your own home.
All workouts are designed for either during pregnancy or post partum. Each woman is unique so programmes are tailor made providing fitness plans and nutritional support.
All exercises are safe and will support your body as it progresses through and recovers from the remarkable journey of pregnancy and birth.
Following a six week GP check up post partum workouts can begin.
