Mum & Baby Fitness Classes

Activmama Fitness Classes give you the chance to exercise whilst keeping your baby close.

All workouts are carefully designed and tailored for the postnatal body. With a focus on the pelvic floor and diastasis recti (tummy gap) all exercises are safe and aid recovery post pregnancy.

Activmama is about more than just shifting the ’mummy tummy’ A full body approach is taken that will leave you feeling energised, buzzing with endorphins and a little more like you again!

The classes take place in halls with parking, loos and baby changing facilities. Babies can enjoy plenty of colourful toys and will occasionally assist Mummy in her workout.

Feel welcome in a positive space and meet like minded Mums.

Please ensure you have had your 6 week GP check up.

Classes run all year round, including bank holidays.
